Let us entertain you

We have eight shows in the form of costumed dramatised readings which are ideal for club nights or fund raisers, documenting the lives of famous writers - Sir Walter Scott, Robert Louis Stevenson, Jane Austen, Oscar Wilde, Arthur Conan Doyle, Charles Dickens, J.M. Barrie and the Brontës.  Successfully premièred at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, these shows do not require a stage and can be performed in any large room or hall. To arrange a performance, please contact our Secretary. Your only cost would a reimbursement of our travelling expenses and any donation you would care to make to our club funds.

Costumes for hire

We have a range of women's dresses that were specially made for the dramatised readings mentioned in the above paragraph. Periods range from Georgian to Edwardian and photographs can be viewed by visiting Scott, Stevenson, Austen, Wilde, Doyle, Dickens, Barrie and Brontës.   Please contact our Hon Secretary for more details.
