Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 8th March at129 Mayfield Road.

2009 FESTIVAL FRINGE
Our tribute to the Brontës, Averse to Personal Publicity started its run with good audiences, but numbers disappointingly fell later in the week. We also received some unkind comments from the gentleman of the press, including one review which was positively ageist! 

MERCATOR PLAYWRIGHT FEATURED IN SCDA ONE ACT FINALS
Alan Richardson's "A Fine Gentleman", first performed by the club back in 1979, appeared on the last night of the SCDA National Finals at the Church Hill Theatre. The play was performed by Carnoustie Theatre Club.

AWARD FOR DOUGLAS CURRIE 
Douglas made a surprise (to him!) appearance on the stage of the Edinburgh Playhouse. Congratulations Douglas from all of us!
